We also recognize the important role that comfortable surroundings play whenever a person requires medical care. Our small size and home-like setting allows us to offer a more personalized care with an emphasis on each patient’s outcome. We are dedicated to providing care and rehabilitation that meets or exceeds the goals of each resident we serve. To this end, customized plans of care are developed by our staff in conjunction with the resident and/or family and with the guidance of the resident’s physician to ensure you get the right care at the right time.

About ComfortMavens, a Congregate Living Health Facility

A Congregate Living Health Facility is a residential home that provides professional inpatient care, including the following basic services: medical supervision, 24-hour skilled nursing and supportive care, pharmacy, dietary, social, recreational, and at least one type of the following services: services for persons who are mentally alert, physically disabled persons, who may be ventilator dependent; services for persons who have a diagnosis of terminal illness, a diagnosis of life-threatening illness, or both; services for persons who are catastrophically and severely disabled. A CLHF provides skilled nursing care on a recurring, intermittent, extended, or continuous basis. This care is less intense than that provided in general acute care hospitals, but more intense than that provided in skilled nursing facilities.
